The booking process was fairly simple and the price reasonable for a one-way rental. We encountered a few bugs with the app, which kept crashing when we tried to pick up the vehicle. A few points we wanted to mention: the parking lot where we picked up the vehicle was closed for an event, but we hadn't been informed beforehand. One of the headlights was out of order. The non-refundable fuel system was a significant drawback, as the fuel gauge was practically empty when we picked up the vehicle. Finally, the problem with City-Drop was resolved, but it caused us considerable stress: we received an email the day before informing us that the vehicle wouldn't be available at our original pick-up location, but rather more than an hour and a half away…

A pretty good experience for a move from Tours to Vannes. The truck was in good condition, slightly dirty on the outside but functional. The brake pad warning light needed replacing, which was reported at the end of the rental, as well as a problem with the rear turn signal wiring. Very good value for money compared to other companies (Europ... or others). The app is very well designed and functional (fuel percentage system, vehicle condition report, etc.). Perhaps a little more follow-up from you after a long rental period would be helpful. I would rent from City Drop again when needed.

Very easy to use. However, the vehicle wasn't very easy to find. Returning it was no problem.

Responsive and accommodating customer service. The vehicle wasn't parked exactly where it was supposed to be, and City Drop was understanding and arranged to move it for me. No problems with the deposit return either. The van was very pleasant to drive and efficient.
