Very easy to use and without time constraints. The application is well done and the inventory is available to everyone.
the customer service is good but on the other hand your reservation system forgive me for the term but really leaves something to be desired. for that alone I do not recommend it at all

The experience has been great, totally recommended, the assistant who contacts you by WhatsApp answers quickly and helps you with any questions. The van was perfect, it was new. At first I was somewhat reticent about the method but it is very simple. Several photos are taken of the perimeter of the van when picking it up and when it is released. All quite simple. As a possible improvement, I would say that the message when starting the van was in Spanish instead of French within Spain.

Good concept, but vehicles should be more controlled. By very dirty breeze and used wipers which greatly complicated my night journey in the rain.
Everything went perfectly, we got a new 6m3 vehicle. Impeccable remote monitoring info ditto… I would try the experience again. I have already recommended to friends
Good experience with CityDrop, the reservation went very well from start to finish. I was just disappointed with the vehicle which seemed to need an overhaul shortly.
Efficient and efficient service but the vehicles are often far from any public transport
Three changes of addresses for the collection of the vehicle in 3 days. In the end the vehicle is not at the planned address either but a little further. The truck is found in the reserve and not even with 1/4 full. 1st and last time we use your services.
