Vehicle was immaculate - The process went smoothly, just a minor difficulty getting out of the parking lot, but other than that everything went very well.

Beware, when you return the van they charge you €3.60 per liter of diesel. In my opinion, that's highway robbery.

Overall, a satisfactory experience: booking was entirely online, and the prices were reasonable for the service offered. Picking up and dropping off the truck was easy (designated parking area), and the truck itself was of good quality. However, a few negative points should be noted: - AdBlue was only at 13% upon pickup… - The truck's speed was limited to 96 km/h (not mentioned in the truck booking). For safety on the motorway, it would be wise to display a sticker on the rear of the vehicle to warn other drivers of this speed limit. - A 20m³ truck isn't actually that size… it's 18m³ in reality.

The rental went very well. The vehicles could use a service; we drove 750 km with a vibration in the steering (wheel balancing or steering shock issue...). We waited almost two months for our credit card imprint to be removed, and only after sending an email. This was inconvenient for the card limit. But overall, everything was very well explained for picking up and returning the vehicle. I would definitely use City Drop's services again if needed.

A terrible experience. Trucks breaking down. Leaking. Solutions that involve leaving the customer behind the wheel of a truck that shuts off by itself. An hour for the truck replacement process... A goodwill gesture of... 40 euros 😒 unbelievable

Avoid at all costs. Do not rent at the Versailles point. Absolutely terrible experience. We were left abandoned , unresponsive customer services, in the night , with the gate closed to the parking where we were supposed to return the van .
