Superb service. Inexpensive, convenient, and pleasant and efficient phone support. I recommend it 100%. The only slight downside is the vehicle recovery; sometimes the location where the vehicle is parked doesn't allow for proper photos to be taken for the inventory. Thank you!

Fast and efficient vehicle contract and removal. Perhaps a tutorial and app could be improved to avoid switching to the website. The vehicle and route are in excellent condition, but the AdBlue alert is annoying. Why not set up refills by the company rather than by users? Drop-off is easy too. Overall, a good experience.

Run away from this agency!! It may be cheaper but the after-sales service does not exist in this agency, and they are completely useless and disorganized, if you have the slightest problem you will be alone! I had the misfortune of forgetting my car keys in a utility vehicle in September 2024, and after 8 months and fifty calls, I am constantly told the same thing "we will pass on the information, but know that we do not have an agency. The vehicles are self-service, and for the moment we do not have anyone to collect them for you, we will let you know when we have them" blah blah blah etc. etc. However I am sure that since then the truck has been serviced or cleaned by the agency, but the truth is that they are incompetent and with no communication. I have given up the idea of recovering them one day lol.

Disappointed because the vehicle was in poor condition both outside and inside, but the most disappointing thing was finding a truck with an empty diesel tank in reserve!

Run away from this thieving agency! I had a terrible experience with City Drop. Be careful, this agency literally steals from you with abusive and unjustified fees. • €100 charged for a 20-minute delay, even though I had technical issues with their app for returning and locking the truck • And to top it all off: €50 cleaning fee, even though the vehicle was returned clean, plus €50 “processing fee” just to add insult to injury. In short: a real, well-oiled scam. They take advantage of every little excuse to scrape your deposit. Non-existent customer service, no understanding or dialogue possible.

WARNING!!!! Run away from real crooks. They work with Drive Me and they'll take you for a ride. They charged me 150 euros even though I had warned them about the cancellation. City Drop and Drive Me work together and are real thieves. It's impossible to connect with their app to reserve the vehicle. I give them a 0 for their lack of professionalism and bad faith.

Careful, scammers! With the 1 Euro offer, if you cancel, you’ll be charged 200 Euros! No warning about it! Stay away from this provider! Save yourself a lot of trouble.

Beware of this provider. It's a rip-off! They lure clients with €1 prices. During the booking process, the price suddenly increases to €100 without any warning from the system. If you cancel, you'll be charged twice as much (because they charge 99€ cancellation fee, but they do not reclaim back the payment of 100€) In the end, the error cost us €200. The provider is completely unaccommodating when it comes to refunds.

If you add extra services, such as additional insurance or an extra rental day, it's normal for the total price to exceed 1 euro.
