I have rented several vans with City Drop. Overall, things went well. Note that several times the truck did not have a full tank of fuel (and was close to the reserve), which wastes time at the beginning of the rental because you have to fill up first... On the last rental, the spare tire was in the bed instead of under the truck, and one of the headlights did not work.

I warn customers and road users about this agency, which rented us a truck with tires worn to the scrapyard (I had never seen tires worn to this point). Thanks to the mechanic who noticed it. We had stopped at his place before our 7-hour drive, given the deflated appearance of the tires, which, in itself, was unacceptable. We had to fight with their services (a joke) to get them to agree to make a transfer to the garage in order to be helped. 5 hours late in total, with animals in the car because we were moving. We were going to the accident, given the condition, the load and the road ahead. As a result, we sent 2 emails to ask for action and remind them of the legislation, we have no response, not even an apology from them. A disgrace. Run away from this kind of company, which seems to prefer money to the lives of its customers. On the road, do not stay near their truck (blue).

Quite a negative experience for me. Dirty, damaged vehicle and I discovered at nightfall that my headlights weren't working...forcing me to wait for sunrise to continue my journey. I tried to contact customer service without success afterwards.
