Truck picked up VERY DIRTY… engine light on the whole trip, glove box broken… requires an oil change and vehicle service from start to finish. Very scary and especially dangerous if ever stopped! The AdBlue gauge kept dropping, but when I went to fill two containers, the gauge stopped moving… Highly unrecommendable, cheap but genuinely scary

Very practical concept, but since there are no physical locations, if the guy right in front of you decides to give you 10% of the price of a full tank... Well, you're screwed 💩

For both of my rentals, the vehicle was dirty each time, and unfortunately, I had a technical problem (a faulty AdBlue gauge despite a full tank). Taking photos of the vehicle upon pick-up is difficult if other vehicles are parked nearby; it's impossible to show the overall condition of the vehicle without moving it, but this is also impossible since the vehicle isn't unlocked yet. Aside from that, the vehicle inspection is very straightforward.

Delighted with this experience, a little surprised at first by the technology of being completely self-contained but blown away by the support for taking photos... I recommend it and would not hesitate to use your services again if needed.

I really liked this van rental system, which allowed us to save quite a bit on our move! However, it was a bit complicated to leave the parking lot with the 17m³ van!! Seeing the negative Google reviews, I think we were perhaps lucky to have gotten a good vehicle.

An interesting and quite surprising experience. It was our first time renting a van, a last-minute find at an unbeatable price. We used the City Drop app to complete the vehicle inspection and lock/unlock the van, which can seem confusing at first. The van's bodywork was in average condition and it was rather dirty when we picked it up, which worried us about getting our deposit back, but everything turned out fine. The engine was perfect; this Chinese van runs very well.
