City Drop's customer service was available and responsive. They notified me in advance about the truck's availability at the designated pick-up point and were able to offer a suitable solution. Picking up and returning the truck was easy. The truck was well-equipped with a reversing camera and beeper, lane departure warning, and air conditioning. Unfortunately, City Drop is not responsible for the misuse of the trucks by customers (dirty and damaged trucks). For a relatively new truck (2023), it's a shame that people aren't respectful and careful. The Perpignan to Rambouillet move of over 800km went smoothly – 12m³ truck. Thank you, City Drop!

It's a bit surprising not seeing anyone, but everything is going smoothly online. I would have appreciated clear written information regarding the condition of the returned vehicle and the non-use of the deposit. A slight lack of communication at the end of the contract, then.

Perfect! Vehicle pick-up and drop-off were very simple and easy! Inexpensive, and the vehicle was in good condition! You can see it's been used, but that's normal for a commercial vehicle. No problems at all during the drive from Lille to Paris. Thank you so much, Citydrop!

A very good experience with City-Drop, which I hadn't used before. The rental went very smoothly. Everything is connected via phone. When I returned the car, I realized I'd forgotten some personal belongings in the vehicle. The staff unlocked the car remotely over the phone, which was fantastic, and they were very responsive. I would definitely rent from them again. I recommend them 100%!

Great experience with City-drop, very convenient, fast, efficient, the truck was in very good condition, the self-service pickup and drop-off was very much appreciated, would do it again!

Very convenient service. However, returning the vehicle to the Tours site (Saint Pierre des Corps) requires taking risks related to traffic when taking photos upon returning the vehicle.
