Business model of the company based on deposit theft. Without that they would already be bankrupt. Deplorable customer service, if anything happens to you with the truck it will only be lies and theft of money. Run away ! go get a real rental company and not these crooks who survive by stealing from their customers..

A little skeptical at first, everything went very well. They are available by telephone and responsive by email on Sundays. Unbeatable value for money.

I really appreciated the principle, the simplicity of use and reservation. The only downside is that I had the sad experience that the fuel level check by City Drop is apparently not done well. The vehicle I rented was only half full at the time of departure, which does not allow us to perfectly estimate its consumption at the end of use. So I had to make a calculation based on my average consumption and kilometers to put back what I had consumed without filling in the part forgotten by one of the previous customers. Apart from that, the inventory of the passenger compartment is not done before departure but done afterwards. For the rest, nothing to say.

You must therefore return the vehicle at the same fuel level as when leaving, we generally advise our customers to take a photo of the fuel gauge on departure in order to be able to put the same level. Scammer! thief ! liar ! NEVER rent from them!!! A stone hit the windshield and they took €750 from me to change it. They didn't want to know anything and took it directly from my account! I asked to do it myself and they refused. They never offer me a second opinion because they give the excuse that the truck has already left and is therefore no longer available. Customer service which gives no transparency on the final invoice and is incompetent TO AWAY!!!

Booking and rental full of twists and turns. Once the vehicle is reserved, 1st call to say that there is a problem with the vehicle 1 week before my move so I request another vehicle (it happens). On the big day, I have to pick up the truck from one location and drop it off at another location more than 1km away. I discover that the parking lot where the truck is parked has a code, so I have to call, it seems that I did not receive the email. Once in front of the gate, I cannot open it, I call the services again to say that it is not working. It turns out that following Storm Ciaran, the portal is damaged (3 days later, everyone must make their own arrangements). Forced to return to the other meeting place (arrival) to collect a 20m³. Everything ended well but I am disappointed with the service... I'm not talking about the dirty state of the vehicle and the fact that the service has been due for a while. Fortunately I only had a few kilometers to go and not France to cross...

2 days before our pick-up, we were warned that the truck would ultimately not be available at the address indicated. Result, obliged (time too short to find anything else) to go and collect the truck at the other end of the Ile de France, 80km away and to pay at our expense the gasoline, and the toll for a total of 40 euros. Inadmissible. Too bad, because the vehicles, the autonomous system and the procedures are really not bad.

Overall everything went well. The only difficulty was taking photos: 1. in the rain it was not easy. 2. impossibility of going back when I realized that I had taken the wrong direction. 3. when taking the vehicle on one side I had no distance to take the photos (another vehicle parked against the one I was supposed to take) and on the other side difficulty in taking sufficient distance.

Very clean vehicle. Easy pick-up and return. Easy vehicle handling. More than competitive price for our trip, but a little less for the others.

A shame! Run as far away as possible from these traveling coffin rental companies! Truck rented in a more than pitiable condition: Archi truck, without fuel, broken light, broken indicator, broken windshield wipers, no oil, truck which broke down, assistance which responds briefly and after their working hours no more people leaving their customers without a truck, without business... lousy customer service, answering no questions, impossible to speak to a manager. On the other hand, 5/5 for collecting the deposit when there was no accident but a breakdown! You are dangerous and you should be ashamed!
