I rarely post reviews and I really want to give 0 stars but I can't... The situation I encountered with City Drop is the worst in terms of honesty and customer service. I am extremely unhappy with my experience with City Drop and strongly advise against their services. The truck arrived 3 hours late, significantly disrupting our organization. In addition, the vehicle arrived in a deplorable and dangerous condition: the right mirror was broken, making overtaking on the highway extremely risky. In the middle of moving, the truck broke down due to an abnormal and unexplained fuel leak on a highway rest area, which forced us to pay additional rental fees to complete our trip. Not only was our deposit taken, but a month later (because yes it took them 1 month to process the file), the same company demanded an additional €1000 from us, claiming that we had damaged the tank. I say it loud and clear, this experience was a true nightmare. The poor management, the deplorable condition of the vehicle and the unfounded accusations as well as more than mediocre customer service push us to dissuade you from using them. Really avoid City drop at all costs if you want a hassle-free rental experience and transparency!

The truck was not full of diesel, the alarm for the driver started to go off at the end of our rental (except that on the return from Paris to Toulouse on the highway the truck was driving at maximum 90km.. the return was very long, the radio did not work.

20m3 truck not available on the day of reservation without prior notice. Another emergency assignment of a vehicle 40km away instead of 2km. Truck in good condition but recovers from the fuel oil reserve with incessant alarm, urgency to refuel. Truck due with more than 1/4 full but no fulfillment of the promised commercial gesture. Otherwise, truck in good condition and pleasant

How do you explain, First vehicle given to the reserve Breaking down on a motorway rest area 200 km further and between the assistance and the after-sales service which blames itself we were left on the side of the road with our animals before the vehicle miraculously started and we were able to return to our starting point and leave with the personal vehicle, we had 1100 km to go. I had to go back to the starting point at my own expense because there was still luggage to take back. I had to deal with assistance to find a garage for the repair and they gave me a second vehicle but or I had to pay the insurance and I only had two days instead of four . They charged me 30 euros for a full tank of fuel at the end because for them it wasn't up to par. After 1 month I got a return where he offered me a ridiculous refund on the entire lost amount.
