Olivier Cachat
Easy to use and cheaper than traditional rental agencies
Rene Dupek
Clean and fast vehicle, photo shoot tedious at departure, even more so at arrival because there was no space in the return location.

The truck was perfect. However, I was charged for a full tank of gas (€132) even though I did it before dropping it off. I asked them to send me the photos I provided when I entered and exited the vehicle and they sent me 2 photos that weren't mine... they took the money from me and never responded to my complaints. A disgrace... (I just saw in the reviews that problems with photos are recurrent) If you're not afraid of losing money in the end, go for it, otherwise be careful

Convenient, efficient, and autonomous service. The vehicle was compliant, clean, and recent. The only problem: the vehicle was picked up without fuel or addBlue (independent of CityDrop).... but the full tank was paid for by CityDrop.

Very good, clear, fast and efficient

A 2 hour delay billed more than a half day's rental hurts.

Beware of renting from City Drop! My cousin rented one of their trucks, which was parked in a completely unsuitable spot, wedged between trees. Despite the impossibility of avoiding a few scratches when getting it out, City Drop charged her the full deposit (€190) as if she were responsible. This amount was taken for damage caused by the company's parking conditions. A very disappointing experience to be avoided at all costs.

A friend's rental experience with City Drop was a disaster. The truck was parked incorrectly (stuck), and scratches were inevitable upon exit. The result: a €190 deposit improperly charged by City Drop. Their negligence cost her €190. Run away!

I don't usually leave this kind of comment :/ but ... my girlfriend rented a truck from City Drop, and I want to share her experience because it is simply shameful. The vehicle was parked in a completely unsuitable spot, wedged between trees and branches. As a result: it was impossible to get it out without risking damaging it. When she returned it, City Drop withheld €190 from her deposit for scratches caused by this situation - even though it is clearly their responsibility. An experience to absolutely avoid. Renting from City Drop means taking the risk of losing €190 for damage for which you are not even responsible.

A friend's rental experience with City Drop was a disaster. The truck was badly parked (stuck) and scratches were inevitable upon exit. The result: a €190 deposit improperly taken by City Drop. Their negligence cost her €190. Run away!!! They are there to steal from you.

The truck I rented was parked in a completely unsuitable spot, wedged between trees and branches. It was impossible to get it out without risking damaging it. And of course, when I returned it, City Drop charged me €190 for the scratches caused by this situation! It is unacceptable to make customers pay for the consequences of bad parking for which they are not responsible. I also had to deal with their customer service: I called because I couldn't do something on their app. I asked the person if they could stay on the line while I did the procedure, and they simply said "no". This is anything but professional and speaks volumes about the quality of the service. First and last time I will rent a truck from them. I strongly advise against this company.

Practical, easy and efficient, no anomalies to be noted
Marion Desbordes
Simple, very practical because the service is available 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, very good value for money, responsive and very accommodating customer service, I highly recommend it.

Bad experience. Vehicle in poor condition and clearly not serviced (a faulty indicator and the oil light that came on) and no help from customer service who clearly didn't care. The inventory is clearly useless since it's just a matter of taking a few photos of the vehicle from a few angles.

Disastrous experience from start to finish. Rental for a move, I was supposed to pick up the vehicle 5 minutes from my home, first problem is that I finally have to go and pick it up at 1:30 a.m. (even with the expense, it's a waste of 3 hours). Then the next day the vehicle is stuck, 1 hour wasted trying to get it started with customer service. Finally, when it came time to make it impossible to lock it remotely, I had to contact customer service again. Despite all that, the commercial gesture is derisory.
