Really competitive rates and a simple process. The multi-driver and insurance options are great. The van was in bad shape, we had to inflate the tires, but it got us to our destination safely and did the job! Kudos to the very responsive customer service team 👍🏼

Vehicle: Average handling, the vehicle jerks slightly, average engine power. Extremely dirty windshield, broken reversing camera, very worn windshield wipers, and when I started it, it asked me to add AdDiBlue 🤨. There's clearly a lack of maintenance on the vehicle. When I returned the vehicle, the app glitched. However, the customer service was extremely friendly and efficient. Well, it did help me out 🙂

The vehicle was available at the last minute, which is great when you have an urgent move. However, it's the user's responsibility to top up the oil or AdBlue, even if the tanks weren't full. Also, when taking photos before leaving, it's best to choose parking lots where there are enough spaces if other vehicles are parked nearby. Otherwise, you have to wait for the cars or vehicles parked next to you to leave before you can take photos and start the vehicle!

Excellent experience. I was able to pick up the truck as planned at 11 PM and return it the next day in a city 300 km away. The truck was ready to go, and there were no issues on the road. The pick-up and drop-off locations are easy to find. The app works perfectly. My deposit was returned without any problems. A very convenient and economical way to move from one city to another!
