Very satisfied with the service, easy to book (only a week before, in the middle of summer) and to pick up/drop off the vehicle. Vehicle in perfect condition, clean, very pleasant to drive. The price remains a little expensive, but more advantageous than other brands for one-way trips.

The tools are in place for good service, but there seems to be a lack of quality control actions that would make a smooth service possible. The first vehicle could not be opened by the remote procedure. The second was in poor condition (apparent, but working properly). The vehicle return procedure is not up to par.

The vehicle was in very poor condition, not to mention the scratches and dents on the bodywork, the rear light was broken, the indicators were faulty and many lights were on on the dashboard, including the engine light and an error message regarding Ad-blue. Customer service was very responsive by email (on a Sunday), I reported the various malfunctions to them but they didn't seem to be worried. Personally, we weren't very reassured about doing Paris-Bordeaux in a vehicle that hadn't passed the technical inspection, all for the modest sum of €500 per day... 2 years ago I had paid half the price for a vehicle twice as big and the same journey, in short the price has increased a lot but the vehicles are of lower quality. Urgent and regular maintenance is required on the vehicles!

Everything went very well, fast, simple and efficient, the only downside was that I had booked a truck with a tailgate and this was not the case (simple aluminum step to access the back), and the ad blue tank was dry so I had to put 10 liters in even though I only did about 700km. In short, nothing serious but small details that would make the experience perfect! ^^
