The truck's engine light was on and it wasn't moving. We reported it on site before and after, but nothing was done. 600 km and barely moving, what a nightmare!

⚠️⚠️⚠️Run away! We picked up the truck without diesel or engine oil. We had to spend over an hour looking for a garage on a Saturday afternoon. When we went to return the truck at night, we realized it didn't have dipped headlights. They forced us to drive the truck back with our high beams on for 50km, endangering other drivers, under threat of being charged if the truck wasn't returned on time. They offered no compensation whatsoever because they simply don't care. We took the chance despite numerous negative reviews; don't make the same mistake. Don't make this mistake.

A word of advice: steer clear of this company that accuses you of causing damage caused by other tenants and deducts your deposit before you've even had a chance to contest the claim or defend yourself! And to top it all off: the assessment is done remotely, based on your photos, by software powered by algorithms and AI. The result: a repair bill for damage you didn't cause! Note: The vehicle is dirty, the bodywork is in very poor condition (multiple dents, unrepaired dings), and the brakes are worryingly faulty... these are anti-business and abusive practices that we denounce and will take legal action against!

We rented a 20m³ van for our move from Carros to Versailles, and everything went very smoothly. The van was in excellent condition, there were no problems on the road, and pickup and drop-off were easy. Customer service was very helpful with our requests. We highly recommend this website and are already booking another rental, as 20m³ wasn't enough!

Absolutely no humanity. We had initially booked a truck with another agency. On Friday at 5 PM, the day before our move, we received a call informing us that the vehicle was damaged and that no other was available. A complete emergency. In my haste, I booked a truck with City Drop and immediately paid €100. I then filled in the required information and tried to pay the deposit: the website refused. Not having enough funds available at the time, I made an instant bank transfer. Despite this, the deposit was refused three times by the system. It was then after 6 PM. Faced with the impossibility of finalizing the booking and the absolute urgency of having a truck for the next morning, I decided to cancel to find another solution. And then, to my astonishment: the €100 was not refunded on the grounds that the cancellation had occurred less than 24 hours prior. However, I was never able to finalize the booking, the truck was never actually blocked, and I simply spent an hour struggling with a website that wasn't working properly. I explained the situation by email. The only response I received was a strict application of the terms and conditions, without any consideration for the context or the technical issue we encountered. We were already in an extremely stressful situation on the eve of our move. Not only did we have to find an alternative solution urgently, but we also lost €100 for a service that was never provided. A huge disappointment given the complete lack of understanding and consideration for customers.

Regarding the security deposit, we would like to clarify that there is no deliberate block on our part. The credit card authorization is subject to validation by the customer's bank, which may accept or refuse it based on its own criteria (credit limit, online payment authorization, available funds, etc.). We have no control over this decision. As for the cancellation, it occurred less than 24 hours before departure, which, in accordance with our General Rental Conditions, does not entitle you to a refund. These conditions apply equally to all our customers. However, to allow you to make a new reservation without paying the full amount again, we offered you a promotional code as a courtesy.
