Interesting rental concept, however, which is not 100% reliable because the remote unlocking system did not work in our case. We ended up waiting outside while customer service was open. Be careful when booking outside of the various service slots. Finally, I recommend that you take out a second insurance policy in addition to the one offered by CityDrop because it only covers very partially the vehicle (the middle section) and with the slightest scratch you will lose a good majority of the deposit or even its entirety. What's more, the marketing/sales approach does not give you the possibility of contesting the quote because you would have to pay for the immobilization of the vehicle. In short, if there are no scratches you will have an "excellent experience" otherwise, you can kiss your deposit goodbye.

Avoid, truck in poor condition and for being 1.5 hours late I had to pay double the amount of my rental which was for one day. Of course, the sentence mentioning late fees is hidden in 7 pages of contracts.

Too too good, everything is done without needing to meet an individual, but thanks to the application I moved from Nantes to Paris for less than 200 €. How to tell you that it was super profitable, compared to other rental sites. What was super practical is that it was one way, that is to say that from Nantes I was moving to Paris, and I was able to return the truck directly to Paris without needing to make the round trip!! To return the truck, you have to park it in the place indicated the scanner and it locks automatically again all this without needing to meet anyone it is super autonomous I loved

Update: I am accused of having parked more than a hundred km from where I was supposed to park it, in the photos the vehicle is indeed in the correct parking lot. So I am going to file a complaint because someone drove with my registered license! Truck returned in the same condition and at the address indicated, in addition we cleaned it inside and removed the trash from the previous users, fuel level made to the same level as when the truck was taken and 400 euros withheld without any justification, just "bad return"... Great!

Excellent concept. A hassle-free one-way Marseille - Bayonne with a 17m3 truck. Very easy to pick up and return the vehicle thanks to all the information provided by email and on the app. Time savings and flexible schedules for pick-up and return are very appreciable. Independent departure and arrival inventory is very simple and intuitive thanks to the very functional app. Unbeatable value for money for a long-distance move. I highly recommend it.

5 stars for the price and especially because the customer service is present and responsive: it was a rental with a smart lock, but the idiot who had rented the van before me had the good idea of locking the glove box open, then removed the keys to put them in and slammed the glove box. An idiot, as we unfortunately find more and more of... Fortunately, another van parked next to it was able to be assigned to me quickly, otherwise I would have left with nothing... Apart from that, the vehicle (12m3) was in good condition inside, relatively clean. The bodywork was a little damaged, but when you are not able to put a key in a glove box, taking care of the equipment seems impossible for some...

My rental went well for cheap, collection and return without any problem. On the other hand, the vehicles are not always in good condition, take the time to walk around the vehicle and check its condition, especially do not hesitate to take more than 11 photos (bumpers, rims, interior of the vehicle, condition of the doors, etc.) and send them by email before driving to avoid any inconvenience. The application for the return did not work but the hotline was very responsive 😀 The advantages: - unlimited mileage - 3 drivers - price - responsive hotline The disadvantages: - the application not great - vehicle not always in good condition and dirty

Good value for money, the central location of the vehicle access in Paris is very convenient. The app is a bit outdated; you can't go back to a photo if you took a bad one. The vehicles are of much better quality than what you can find at GetAround, and professional rental companies are generally more expensive.
