Very convenient, however, the vehicle I picked up for my move was in a very poor condition (a chip and a crack in the windshield), and the tank was only 67% full, making it difficult to refill the fuel gauge... so I was charged again because it was 7% full. It's a shame because the concept is really great; they just need to maintain the vehicles and ensure they're always at 100% capacity.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We rented a truck from City-Drop for our move, and it was our first time using their self-rental service. I admit I had a few minor apprehensions at first, but everything went very smoothly in the end! We had a quick question and called customer service. We spoke to a truly lovely, friendly, and helpful woman. The entire rental process went perfectly from start to finish. A simple and hassle-free experience. We 100% recommend City-Drop and wouldn't hesitate to use them again! 😊

I highly recommend this rental company. They were fantastic in every way! The truck was excellent, and the pick-up and drop-off were seamless and easy. I'm very satisfied with this service. My move from Toulouse to Quimper in Brittany went without a hitch. I only rented the truck a week in advance, so it was readily available. The instructions were very clear, from the app to the return. I didn't need to contact customer service personally. The deposit was returned within the stated timeframe, and the service was very responsive when I picked up the truck myself. We don't move every month, but I would definitely recommend this service to friends and family.

I rented a City Drop truck for the third time (!!!)…the first two experiences were perfect! The trucks were clean, in good condition, and reasonably priced. However, the third time was a much worse experience. The truck was "worn out," and while driving on the highway, I realized the left rear turn signal wasn't working! The truck was dirty inside and out, dented all over, the key was in pieces, and the steering wheel was very wobbly above 100 km/h. Yes…I did arrive…but even the map for returning the vehicle was outdated…and I drove around quite a bit before finding the right spot. And all this for a rental price that had become far too expensive compared to my first two experiences. Yes, at that price, I expect the rented truck to be in perfect condition!

The truck we picked up had a slow leak in the front left tire when we received it. The only solution offered was to change the tire myself, without any apology, explanation, or compensation. We lost a lot of time on our move and took risks driving before realizing the tire was indeed flat—very poor service considering the rental price.

The trip went well, unfortunately the next day the truck had a problem, but City Drop was very responsive and found a solution. I recommend them 😊
