I am extremely disappointed that it is impossible to cancel a week in advance, especially considering the exorbitant price of cancellation, even after purchasing the premium insurance. Take care if you are considering booking and canceling or any other similar action.

I didn't know about this "remote" vehicle recovery service and it was very practical for me! Efficient vehicle recovery from 6 a.m.

I'm leaving one star because otherwise I can't post the review, zero experience. Madam, Sir, Hello, I was one of your customers with regret. I am very unhappy and furious with my experience with this rental. I picked up a truck with a cracked windshield and the check engine light came on shortly after. I already had to spend an hour making calls with your customer service. You rent vehicles that don't even pass technical inspection!!! Once at customs I was told that the truck could not pass because of a cracked windshield, I was finally lucky because I was moving and the truck was loaded. They finally let me through. And finally when I was very happy to return your trash, I realize that there are no free spaces on the street indicated on the email to return the van. And what's more, there is an error on your website, the place indicated on the map is not even the correct one. I had to drive around Bern for an hour and a half to find a place big enough for a 17 cubic meter van, and free (which certainly doesn't exist in Bern.) With the agreement of the person who took me took care of it on the phone, I left the van in a paid parking space, anyway, that's all there is here. Your customer service is difficult to reach, and even better, in the case of parking, asked me to find solutions, excuse me for being a CUSTOMER who spent only €677 in this case. Do not offer to collect or drop off a truck in Bern or elsewhere if you are unable to provide minimum customer service there. And don't offer vans that won't pass any technical inspection, in short DON'T OFFER ANYTHING AT ALL, that's perhaps the only thing you could be good at. To put an end to this nightmare, I hope you will be honest enough not to charge me undue fees. Due to the damage already present on the van but also in the event of a fine or truck seized. I would like to share my “unfortunate” experience with the city-drop company. Although the service is very practical (automatic unlocking of the truck via mobile application, geolocation of the vehicle), vehicle security is very light. I was the victim of theft twice, in 24 hours and in 2 cities 500km apart. In both cases, no trace of break-in was noted, and I found the truck perfectly closed. Apart from “apologies for the inconvenience encountered”, City-drop will not help you understand if the truck has been opened, they “cannot be responsible […] for access to the application by an unauthorized individual ".

Hello, I really liked the city drop service. I was a little scared given the reviews but everything went well. They just changed the pickup location for the truck but they gave me two days' notice so that I could organize myself and even so that I could, if I wanted, take it before. The truck was clean, a little damaged but that's normal. No particular worries during the journey and during the inventory of exit premises.

First use on a Toulouse-Lisbon. Great, and really impressed with the process of renting, picking up the truck and returning it. All this is customer oriented without superfluous or even vicious inventory, as with some customers. Very competitive excess reduction insurance price. And very accessible customer service.

The check-in/check-out is very intuitive and well thought out. In case of emergency (adblue oragne light), I had to: 1. call the service then 2. finally send an email. It would have been easier to have a cat. In addition, I am still waiting for a response from your customer service. I had to incur additional costs, I recovered the truck with a warning light which cost us 1 hour and €25.99 to add AdBlue fluid. I asked to be reimbursed for these costs, the answer was "it is a consumable item at your expense". I still recovered a truck that was not in working order... I am disappointed with this city drop customer part. It's good service until there is a problem.

Although the application is practical, simple and effective, I am very disappointed with Citydrop's treatment of customers. I book, I come across a truck with 2 broken mirrors. Somehow we managed to repair the damage temporarily (during our journey) but this generated considerable inconvenience and costs because I had to bring in people to repair it (costs: repair equipment / tolls / petrol, etc.). ). I alert customer service of the problem and the inconvenience caused and request a commercial discount to compensate for these costs. I receive a refusal with random explanations from citydrop. Customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority for this company. Result: a lost customer and an entourage who will never use citydrop. Congratulations, great success.

Our service tried to contact you several times by phone call and email, but without success. It was only at 9:27 p.m., or 1 hour 27 minutes after our services closed, that you sent us a response by email once your journey was over. Customer satisfaction being our priority, our calls and emails aimed to change your vehicle and allow you to complete your trip safely. In addition, if the response from the complaints service does not suit you, you have the possibility of requesting a new study of your case or validated if this suits you by responding to the email sent.
